Amazing recovery from a bad start

We had a bit of a rough check-in since they'd messed up our payment for a gala. Not cool, but we finally got access after we sorted it. Once in, the room was super comfy, and the breakfast was on point! Staff were really attentive, especially the restaurant crew. Just wish the check-in process was smoother.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location adjacent to the mall, and restaurant. Also, it was convenient to walk to Udaipur as it's set 5 minutes away.

Central location to the city attractions.

All fine, but slow housekeeping

the hotel's staff were very helpful and attentive all the time. our location was ideal in the centre of the city. plus, it was short walk to the palace and rajasthan and a mall giving access to shops.

Had not too good breakfast, it might be way much better.

What a good stay! The room upgrade was a refreshing surprise and encapsulated luxury. Perfect service from the attentive staff, especially during breakfast, made our mornings brighter. The overall atmosphere radiated warmth. I'm already looking forward to returning for another enchanting experience.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The free Wi-Fi made it easy to share memories as we explored the lake and the city palace. The spacious rooms were a treat, and the breakfast spread was good. Just set your expectations for room service to be prompt like us.

Chairs and lamps in the room showed significant wear and tear, which detracted from the overall comfort. The flush mechanism malfunctioned multiple times, requiring numerous follow-ups for repair, and this was frustrating after a long day. Housekeeping needs improvement. The bedding was not properly arranged, and an early morning knock for housekeeping was unwelcome and disruptive.

Breakfast was also a letdown, with cold options that lacked freshness. The overall experience had its highs but was marred by subpar food quality.

I enjoyed the spacious room and amazing spa services. Had a great time chilling by the pool too!
